Attendance: Keith Brown, Keith Edwards, Glen Foulk, Michael Pacholke, Mike Hathorne, Peri Swenson- Kinney Management

1. Call to order at 7:04 p.m.
2. Approval of the minutes for January 14, 2004
3. Reviewed the income statement for January 31, 2004
4. New business:
   1. Reviewed the proposal for the landscape at the breezeway ant 143rd and Weldon. After discussion it was agreed upon to stay with desert landscape with no sidewalk and to have signs put up in the area as well as all other breezeways and around the park.
   2. Annual meeting will be held on May 12, 2004.
5. Unfinished Business:
   1. Park improvements were discussed and were decided to move forward with the improvements starting out with the tot lot canopy, then the lighting.
   2. Update on the settlement agreement with Fulton Homes was discussed and was agreed upon not to accept agreement.
6. Open Discussion:

   A shopping bag of weeds were picked on the way to the HOA meeting this evening by one of the home owners and it was dumped on the ground to get the Boards attentions saying they are not happy with the way the landscaping company is taking care of our community. It was said by a board member that the landscaping company only service day is on Monday and they only will do one section at a time and it will take a little time to cover the whole community. The homeowner did pick up the weeds off the floor and was told by one of the Board members that they were thankful for them picking the weeds and their endeavors for caring for the community.
