  5. Reviewed Homeowner request to limit community rentals. Peri has stated that we cannot limit this rental issue; it is possible but not probable. Keith Brown says we will continue monitor this situation. Peri will reply to homeowner of lot 61.
  6. 2004 Community Review: The Wigwam signage on Wigwam and 142nd Ave, Tot Lot Canopy in the park, Lighting of the Veranda and underneath the Tot Lot and the Tree Replacement through out the development.
  7. Discussion and Survey on Community Improvements: Walking Path, Lighting for the Walking Path, Additional Play Equipment, Sand Volleyball, Basketball Court and Interlocking Tiles for the Basketball Court.
  8. Open Discussion:
    1. Most of the Homeowners that attended this evenings meeting were very strongly opposed to the idea of having a Basketball Court in the park when Goodyear Park will be getting one soon as well as the YMCA having one too.
    2. Tree Vandalism has been happening in the neighborhood and very upsetting to the Homeowners that live nearby; Signs have been suggested saying that cameras are in place to control this situation.
    3. Many young adults are out past curfew and making to much noise; suggest that we call Police for this matter.
    4. Speed has been prevalent in the neighborhood and needs to be addressed. Speed Humps have been suggested; we need to come up with a traffic calming idea.
    5. Many Homeowners are complaining about unkempt landscaping from lots that are vacant; these homes will go to Legal as long as there have been plenty of notices served.
    6. It has been suggested that we get up to par with other neighborhood associations and install some Pet Stations around the neighborhood so that pet walkers can clean up after their pets.
    7. The weeds around the neighborhood are getting out of hand and are getting way past the standards the association has set; the Landscapers will be contacted about this problem.
  9. Election Results: Keith Edwards, Mitch Vraja and Paul Krey
  10. Adjourned: 8:41 pm.

Respectfully Submitted,
Glen Foulk
Wigwam HOA Secretary
