Attendance: Keith Edwards, Glen Foulk, Paul Krey, Lisa Juarez and Peri Swenson from Kinney Management in Attendance

1. Meeting called to order at 7:00 p.m.
2. Review and unanimous approval of Meeting Minutes from September 13, 2006.
3. Review and unanimous approval of Income Statement Dated September 30, 2006.
4. New Business:
   1. Reviewed and approved the 2007 Operating Budget and Assessment. Motion Glen, second by Paul.
   2. Reviewed recommendations for thome paint color pallet
      • A special presentation was made showing proposed paint colors, including accent and door colors. The board was grateful for all the research that was done for the project.
      • There was some concern that the door colors might be too vibrant for the neighborhood. Paul made a suggestion that a survey be given to the homeowners to make sure they approve the colors and idea of having accent colors on the doors.
      • Board members wanted an opportunity to view other neighborhoods who have accented door colors to see the effect they might have.
      • Neighborhood night tours discussed. Board will make sure there are 2 tours a month.
5. Old Business:
   1. Reviewed results of rental restriction survey. 267 yes votes would be needed to change the CC&Rs to limit new rentals from going on the market in the neighborhood. We received 53 total surveys. Only 36 had a yes vote. The board concluded that it would not be a good use of HOA monies to pursue changing the CC&Rs due to the lack of response on the survey.
   2. Reviewed the status of repairs. Roof tiles on the ramada are scheduled to be replaced. Granite will be laid next week around the park. Garbage lids have been broken off and will be removed.
