Attendance: Glen Foulk, Lisa Juarez, Paul Krey, Tyler Dixon, and Peri Swenson from Kinney Management in Attendance.

1. Meeting called to order at 7:01 p.m.
2. Reviewed and unanimous approval of Meeting Minutes from March 14, 2007.
3. Reviewed and unanimous approval of Income Statement Dated May 31, 2007.
4. New Business:
   1. Reviewed the year-end 2006 Audit (Compilation)
   2. Painting and repairs made:
      • Railing painted in the park.
      • Monument at the Wigwam entrance paint refreshed.
      • Vandalized and rusted utility boxes repainted.
      • 2007 legislation changes reviewed.
5. Old Business:
   1. Granite installation completed along 142nd.
   
   
   2. Palm tree trimming completed throughout and Litchfield Rd.
   3. Plant/Tree Replacement: Plants done, 10 – 15 gal trees will be installed next week.
6. Open Discussion
   1. No community members attended the meeting.
   2. Peri will inquire about the corner of Litchfield Rd. and Wigwam and the earlier request to heighten the wall along Litchfield Rd.
   3. Concerns about weeds in the breezeways. Peri will have them checked.
7. Adjournment at 7:52 pm.
