Attendance: Glen Foulk, Lisa Juarez, Paul Krey, Tyler Dixon, and Peri Swenson from Kinney Management.

1. Meeting called to order at 7:05 p.m.
2. Review and unanimous approval of meeting minutes from November 14, 2007.
3. Review and acceptance of the income statement dated November 30, 2007.
4. New Business:
   1. Income Tax and Corporation Commission Reports are coming due. Glen Foulk will receive the income tax information for signature.
5. Old Business:
   1. Granite Installation for 144th Ave is scheduled for next week.
   2. The Revised Architectural Review form is complete.
   3. Meeting notice signage is being created. Tyler will store them and put them up for the next meeting.
6. Open Discussion
   1. The closing off of the breezeway from 143rd and the back of the park with a gate has been unanimously reviewed and rejected by the board.
   2. The board reviewed and unanimously approved the new palette for exterior paint colors, which were provided by Norie of the Design Review Committee. These will be made available on the community website www.wigwamhoa.com.
   3. Colors were also unanimously approved for new accent colors for front doors.
