Attendance: Glen Foulk, Lisa Juarez, Paul Krey, Tyler Dixon, and Peri Swenson from Kinney Management.

  1. Meeting called to order at 7:02 p.m.
  2. Review and unanimous approval of meeting minutes from January 9, 2008.
  3. Review and acceptance of the income statement dated January 31, 2008.
  4. New Business:
    1. Discussed lighting at back corner of the park at 143rd and adding “no trespass” signage. Peri is going to get another set of quotes for more affordable lighting. The possibility of solar powered lighting was also discussed.
    2. M&I Bank CD – one account back to regular reserve. Board members signed required documents.
    3. New damage to the park ramada light and cage discussed. Vandalism is an ongoing concern for the neighborhood.
    4. Community members were asked to volunteer to help with the next GAIN event.
    5. Reminder that the next meeting is the Annual meeting.
  5. Old Business:
    1. Granite Installation for 144th Ave is complete.
    2. Meeting notice signage is complete and has been used.
  6. Open Discussion
    1. Night tours were explained along with the violation notices and process to deal with them if they are in error.
    2. Signage on 143rd was reported to be vandalized.
    3. A request was made to get a quote for rip-rap for the drainage breezeway between Clarendon and Weldon was made and approved. This would help reduce unwanted loitering and foot traffic in the breezeway.
    4. Wal-mart wall was fixed. A request was made to work with the strip mall to discourage kids from climbing the wall on 142nd.
    5. An all time record of 10 community members showed up for a non-annual meeting!
  7. Adjournment at 7:50 pm.
