Attendance: Glen Foulk, Paul Krey, Tyler Dixon, Marie Spillett, and Adriana van Os-Gries from Kinney Management.

  1. Meeting was called to order at 7:02 p.m.
  2. Review of Open Session Minutes dated March 10, 2010-A motion was made by Tyler and seconded by Marie to approve the meeting minutes presented. Passed Unanimously.
  3. Income Statement-.The statement dated March 31, 2010 was reviewed by the Board.
  4. New Business:
    1. The Annual Meeting of the Members will be held the 2nd Wednesday of July. There are three terms up for election.
    2. Glen spoke briefly about the rising cost of graffiti repair. The Board and the residents in attendance discussed ideas of how to proceed in the future.
  5. Old Business:
    1. The Community Block Party is still on schedule for September. Glen will check for management on his option for a vendor of bouncers, etc.
  6. Tabled Items:
    1. Shade canopy at tot lot. Board requested management proceed with getting additional bids if Decca Southwest does not respond within 1 week.
    2. In July, review the option of not over-seeding for fall of 2010.
  7. Open Discussion
    1. Check on gallon size purchased and installed at entrance areas. Landscapers should also be requested to again check water supply for these areas.
    2. Residents were concerned about the debris and unkempt yards lacted at vacant homes.
    3. Residents suggested adding updates to the website of various issues and reminders. Tyler mentioned adding a web-blast to the site. Management will add something to the annual meeting notice requesting those interested to provide their e-mail addresses.
    4. Management is to check with Peri about the status of Fulton homes, and landscaping the empty lot along Wigwam Blvd and Litchfield Rd.
  8. Adjournment-A motion was made by Glen and seconded by Tyler to adjourn the Open Session at 7:49 pm.
