- Keith called the meeting to order at 7:07 p.m. Board members in attendance; Keith Brown, Michael Pachoke, Joe Cooper, Kate Bezzegh and of Kinney Management—Peri Swenson and Tonya Price.
- Review of the 2003 budget
- Assets vs. liability
- Delinquencies vs. collection fees
- Current Reserve - reserve study to be done during 2003
- 2003 Budget and Management Contract approved and signed.
- Discussion of Farmers Insurance increase
- Peri will get additional quotes
- Deductible may be changed
- Discussion of the new web site www.wigwamhoa.com.
- Community issues discussed:
- Scout Flag program approved
- Playground repair costs - proposal approved for damage
- Landscape on SW corner of Wigwam and Litchfield has still not passed the Department of Environmental Quality ground inspection
- Gophers in the park reported by homeowner - Peri to contact AAA landscaping
- Complaints of overnight parking should be reported to Peri
- Discussion on architectural submittals for buildings, structures, and play stations
- Meeting adjournment at 8:25 p.m.
