Attendance: Edwards, Glen Foulk, Paul Krey, and Peri Swenson from Kinney Management in Attendance
- Called to order at 7:02 p.m.
- Approval of previous meeting minutes from November 9, 2005.
- Reviewed Income Statement dated November 30, 2005
- New Business
- Landscaping bids came in. Current landscaper raised their rates to deliver required maintenance. Black Eagle bid appeared to be unrealistically too low. KMS/Kinco bid came in higher than current but within budget. Peri will be able to better manage the KMS crew.
- Board voted on KMS/Kinco to be the HOA’s new landscaper. Keith and Glen voted in favor, and Paul voted against. The motion carried 2 to 1.
- Annual computation is required again. Motion to have Mansperger Patterson & McMullen PLC perform our audit again. Motion passed unanimously.
- Old Business
- Granite replacement—completed Litchfield Road.
- Drainage repairs for 3 breezeway locations are completed.
- Parking area signage/ repairs / maintenance in process.
- Peri is working on getting verbiage for the park sign and a final quote.
- Graffiti removed three weeks ago.
- 3-5 sprinkler heads replaced due to vandalism.
- Will replace 6 signs (no scooters, pets on leash)
- Open Discussion
- No community members were present.
- House with pigeon problem will be notified about the problem. No other action to be taken.
- Adjournment at 7:45
