Attendance: Glen Foulk, Lisa Juarez, Paul Krey, Tyler Dixon, and Peri Swenson from Kinney Management in Attendance.
- Meeting called to order at 7:01 p.m.
- Reviewed and unanimous approval of Meeting Minutes from March 14, 2007.
- Reviewed and unanimous approval of Income Statement Dated May 31, 2007.
- New Business:
- Reviewed the year-end 2006 Audit (Compilation)
- Painting and repairs made:
- Railing painted in the park.
- Monument at the Wigwam entrance paint refreshed.
- Vandalized and rusted utility boxes repainted.
- 2007 legislation changes reviewed.
- Old Business:
- Granite installation completed along 142nd.
- Palm tree trimming completed throughout and Litchfield Rd.
- Plant/Tree Replacement: Plants done, 10 – 15 gal trees will be installed next week.
- Open Discussion
- No community members attended the meeting.
- Peri will inquire about the corner of Litchfield Rd. and Wigwam and the earlier request to heighten the wall along Litchfield Rd.
- Concerns about weeds in the breezeways. Peri will have them checked.
- Adjournment at 7:52 pm.
