Attendance: Glen Foulk, Lisa Juarez, Paul Krey, Tyler Dixon, and Peri Swenson from Kinney Management.
- Called to order at 7:07 p.m.
- Quorum was short by one homeowner. A vote was taken to continue with the meeting and election and was unanimously approved by everyone attending.
- Approval of previous board of director meeting minutes from March 11, 2009 and annual meeting minutes from May 14, 2008. (Unanimous)
- Review nominations for the two board positions and listened to each nominee express their interest.
- Paul Krey (re-election)
- Tyler Dixon (re-election)
- Election
- Review of Income Statement dated March 31, 2009.
- Community Review
- The neighborhood has a nominal 16 foreclosures at this time and is in relatively good financial shape compared to some communities in the area.
- Open Discussion
- Unanimously agreed to leave the park canopy for a year before repairing in light of current economic conditions.
- Acknowledged that the light case was partly responsible for canopy damage. We need to request a new design from Deca Southwest.
- Tot lot tube has been repaired.
- Unanimously approved that the ramada roof and ceiling be repaired.
- Landscaping needs to fill in holes.
- A variety of flowers were requested to be planted at the entrances by a homeowner who thought it would be an economical way to improve the neighborhood.
- A reminder was made about a new ordinance that the city passed against over-watering that results in water flowing into the street.
- Election Results: Paul Krey and Tyler Dixon were re-elected.
