Attendance: Glen Foulk, Lisa Juarez, Paul Krey, Tyler Dixon, Marie Spillett, and Adriana van Os-Gries from Kinney Management.
- Meeting called to order at 7:04 p.m.
- Review and unanimous approval of the meeting minutes from November 4, 2009.
- Review and acceptance of the income statement dated November 30, 2009.
- New Business:
- Re-signing of the revised 2010 budget.
- Dog Waste Sign Posts –Glen might be able to get some strong posts for replacement purposes. Missing trespassing sing reported.
- M&I CD Maturity Dates. One CD was cashed out. Dec renewed, next CD matures in October.
- Old Business:
- Status update Litchfield/Wigwam corner. Unanimously agreed to turn the corner over to Goodyear city.
- Tabled Items:
- Shade canopy at tot lot. Board will review again in March 2010 for replacement.
- Open Discussion
- 2010 Block Party. Adriana is looking into using Wigwam Resort for the block party. Adriana is looking into options for block party.
- Complaints about parking, hand bills and barking dogs.
- Adjournment at 7:55 pm.
