Attendance:Glen Foulk, Lisa Juarez, Paul Krey, Tyler Dixon, and Adriana van Os-Gries from Kinney Management.

1. Meeting was called to order at 7:02 p.m.
2. Review and unanimous approval of the meeting minutes from May 12, 2010.
3. Review and acceptance of the income statement dated July 31, 2010.
4. Reviewed Operating Budget of 2011.
   1. Board unanimously approved increasing the monthly assessment to $39. (Raising it to $40 was rejected)
   2. Will cash out a $33,000 CD for operations.
   3. Confirmed that we will not be over seeding this year. Landscaping says that it is good for the grass to skip over seeding every few years.
   4. Will only have the playground inspected once a year. Other inspections would be based off requests.
   5. The board requests having an itemized report for pest control from Landscaping. (i.e. gopher treatments etc.)
5. New Business:
   1. Autumn 2010 Newsletter ready
      1. Reviewed pricing for advertising in the Newsletter
6. Tabled Items:
   1. Shade canopy at tot lot. Board will review again in March 2011 for replacement.
7. Open Discussion:
   1. One homeowner present.
8. Adjournment at 7:45 pm.
